Stay in Sangha.

It is so nourishing to stay in sangha, being supported in an intimate community focused on bolstering our practice everyday — on and off the cushion. In community we also stay accountable with our practice and challenges to continue bringing mindfulness and dharma into our daily lives, shifting us towards well-being and equanimity.

Advance Your Path.

Enjoy new depths with your daily meditations, during retreats in class, and during our transformative (optional) new awareness exercises. Continue learning during class .. and incorporating Buddhist wisdom and principles into your day and into your life, to shift towards awakening. Now is the time to stay consistent with your practice and to keep advancing with the warmth and kindness of your classmates — and our sangha.

Share & Receive Inspiration.

Whether you seek support or inspiration on your meditation practice, have a question about wisdom, or seek counsel about something in your life, this is a unique opportunity to continue sharing and receiving feedback and advice from peers and from lead teacher Dina Kaplan. This is a safe space to ask questions and receive help on questions that come up in your life and with your practice — and to begin formally helping others. After something as connected and bonding as our Inner Circle MTT, it can be difficult to maintain an individual commitment on your own — our sangha will support and inspire you to stay true to your highest path.

Join From Anywhere.

The program will be online, so you can join from anywhere — at home, at work, on vacation, or wherever you are.
