Meditation 101 is a special live one-hour mindfulness meditation workshop for beginners or people looking for a refresh. Join us for an overview about the benefits of meditation, followed by a clearly and simply guided 20-minute mindfulness meditation (the time will fly by!). After the meditation enjoy a group chat about how the meditation went for you and the chance to ask questions and learn how to start or maintain a daily practice.

These sessions are guided by The Path founder Dina Kaplan or NYC surgeon and certified meditation teacher Dr. Keith Blechman, who explains meditation in a clear and welcoming way. This workshop is perfect if you are new to mindfulness meditation or simply welcome a refresh to inspire your practice. This is also a calm, blissful way to enjoy your Wednesday evening and the happy online company of fellow mindful peoples.
