Almost all of us have trauma from the past that lives within us. It comes out in surprising ways, affecting our daily behavior. If we don't process trauma, it stays with us. However, there is a way out. We can learn to deal with it so it goes away. And we become lighter, happier, more carefree and joyous.
For our August social we'll gather in a stunning Tribeca loft. Trauma expert and therapist Jesper Westmark is flying from Denmark to join us, to share the newest thinking on the impact of trauma and how to get rid of it forever.
