Tuesday Evening Sits :: Uptown
Clinton Cove on West 56th Street
Each Tuesday in July, 6:30 - 7:30pm
This summer we’re proud to partner with Healthy on the Hudson to offer FREE meditations guided by certified meditation teachers, graduates of The Path and Nalanda Institute’s teacher training program.
Healthy on the Hudson has encouraged people to head outdoors to get healthy, and to support the Hudson River Park on the west side of Manhattan…and this July, we’re proud to join them.
We’ll begin at 6:30pm outdoors in the beautiful Clinton Cove on West 56th Street. Come sit with us!
Tomorrow is our last sit in July:
July 30th, 6:30 - 7:30pm, guided by Dina Kaplan
Directions: On 58th and 12th there’s an underpass of the highway you need to go through to enter the WaterFront walkway. Make a left into Pier 96. You're in the right spot if you see a huge bottle sculpture. There's will also be a kayaking station to your right as you walk through to the meditation area. The staff will be wearing navy/dark blue shirts.
