Join us for yoga and meditation. Incredible people. Community. And healthy gourmet food. All while perched just above the beach in Montauk. This is how summer should begin!

We’ll be based in a private home overlooking the beach, a four minute walk away. Click here to see photos of the house.

Each morning we’ll enjoy yoga and meditation led by the extraordinary Ally Bogard, followed by a beautiful breakfast and group discussion. Our theme for this retreat is Lila, or creative play. Lila means to release limiting beliefs, try new things and surrender to joy.

During the afternoon you can play in Montauk. We’ve organized massages, paddle-boarding or surf lessons, hiking or biking in beautiful spots in the Hamptons or you can spend time at the beach or in private reflection.

We’ll gather again for a pre-evening meditation before enjoying a delicious home-made vegan meal prepared by Chef Daphne Cheng.

Friday evening we’ll enjoy a bonfire on the beach.

Saturday night we’ll head to Montauk Beach House for a STUNNING piano meditation journey led by Murray Hidary outside by the pool and surrounded by candles.

The group we have joining for this meditation retreat in Montauk is incredible. There will be just 20 of us so we can create a beautiful community during the retreat.

You’re also welcome to stay the week with us through Wednesday, June 8th (for a small fee).
